All suites have private baths, large beds with luxury linens and fluffy comforters. Each room has walk-in-closets, private patios and rain bird showers. There are many cozy sitting rooms with fireplaces and majestic views to allow you to feel at home.

Insurance benefits vary greatly. Crosby Center’s minimum treatment program is 30 days. If the patient’s insurance covers fewer than 30 days, the patient or guarantor will be responsible for the remainder. The amount that isn’t covered by insurance may be required upon admission. Crosby Center has a Utilization Review specialist who works to obtain the maximum covered benefits for each patient/family accessing insurance benefits.

The Crosby Center is a private pay Center and requires only a $5,000 credit card deposit for a Program Reservation. We accept QUALIFIED INSURANCE and all forms of payment. Call and ask about Corporate Contracts and other discounts, payment terms and finance options.

Admissions will review all rates and insurance questions with you. Rates are based on treatment programs and whether you meet with the individual therapist, nutritionist and/or psychiatrist and whether you participate in one of our Eating Disorder groups.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled individual treatment appointment, and you have not notified scheduling at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Support TUNE-UPS * Only at the Crosby Centers
After-Care, Treatment Support; subject to compliance with your discharge contract, and a negative drug test, you will receive a two day stay at one of our retreats, comprehensive review by the chief psychologist, biofeedback and neuro feedback treatments, treatment plan counseling and group participations for two days, all at no cost, four times per year for three years.
